Differential Diagnosis - Upper limb and Lower limb Blood pressure difference

  • Coarctation of aorta
  • Aortic dissection
  • Aortic arch syndrome
  • Subclavian steal syndrome
  • Severe chronic aortic regurgitation
  • Inaapropriate cuff size for thigh
Difference of more than 20 mmHg Blood pressure is considered significant.
